Polenta rolls with chicken

Cut the meat into cubes and fry in a pan with a little oil. Drizzle the cubes on all sides, add a little water, cover with a lid and simmer until the juice drops and the meat begins to fry.

We grind the garlic with salt and pepper. Add a few tablespoons of olive oil and mix, obtaining a paste. Pour the pasta over the meat, mix well, set aside and leave to cool.

The hot polenta is mixed with the grated telemeau and cheese on a large-mesh grater and mixed. Allow to cool slightly, then spread on a food foil greased with butter, in a rectangular sheet about 1 cm thick.

Spread the meat on the entire surface of the polenta sheet and roll, using the food foil. The obtained roll is cut into pieces of about 4-5 cm, which we put in a heat-resistant dish greased with butter. Put a teaspoon of sour cream on each roll and bake on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Serve hot.

Preparation Mosaic meat rolls

  1. Boil 4 hard boiled eggs, then clean and cut into four. Boil the carrot and cut into 1/2 cm thick slices. The cheese is cut into 1/2 cm thick slices. Cucumbers are cut into lengths.
  2. Beat the chop slices with a meat hammer until they are thin as for the snails. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Place slices of cucumber, carrots, cheese and eggs on each slice, so that they cover the slice in width (see picture 4). Roll the meat around the filling.
  4. Place separately, in a deep plate: flour, 2 beaten eggs with salt and pepper and breadcrumbs.
  5. Pass each roll through flour, then through beaten egg and finally through breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat well in a 2 cm large oil pan. When the oil is hot, turn the heat to low.
  7. Fry the rolls in oil until they are browned all over.
  8. Remove the rolls on the absorbent wipes.
  9. They are good warm or cold. Cold slices very easily and looks good on the plate with appetizers.

Chicken rolls with cheese - a very tasty recipe!

The rolls are very fine and juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside and with delicious cheese filling. It is very easy to prepare, do not hesitate to try the recipe!

INGREDIENT:

-a ground black pepper powder

-1 bunch of parsley and dill

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1.Cut the chicken breast into long, thin slices.

2. Place the slices of meat on the food foil, cover them with foil and beat them with the meat hammer.

3. Sprinkle the slices with salt and black pepper, then rub them with garlic given through the press.

4.Add cheese given through the small grater and chopped greens.

5. Wrap the filling with the edges, then roll the rolls.

7. Pass each roll through the flour, then fry them on the pan with hot oil, over medium heat, until nicely browned, about 7-10 minutes.

The rolls are extremely tasty, the cheese filling with greens is simply extraordinary. Portion them and serve them with any garnish, make sandwiches or beautify the festive meal.

The chicken breast is cut into slices, after which each slice is beaten with a hammer.

Season the meat, then place a slice of melted cheese on each slice (optionally a slice of bell pepper). Roll well at the ends and then roll with a slice of bacon.

Repeat until done, place in a pan, add water, a little oil and thyme. I covered the tray with food foil and put it in the oven, and in the last 5-10 minutes I took the foil.

Chicken stew with polenta

Put the oil / butter, finely chopped onion, pepper and tomatoes in a saucepan, if using. Fry for 2 minutes, then put in the pan the thighs, which have been washed and cleaned of skin.
Salt, pepper, and add the paprika, add enough water to cover the meat and let it boil over low heat. Check from time to time not to drop too much water (add a little more) and turn the pieces of meat from side to side. 5 minutes before the end of the meal, add the garlic (in abundance) and let it boil a little longer.

Extinguish the fire, cover with a lid and let the flavors blend. If you want, you can put freshly chopped parsley on top.

During this time a polenta is made, a little thicker.

Put it in a round shape or one you have and let it cool a bit (until it takes on a certain shape). Place the polenta out of the mold on the plate and place the stew next to it.

We present you a recipe for delicious pork rolls with mushrooms and cheese. The rolls are incredibly tasty, very appetizing and juicy, with a dizzying smell that makes you salivate. INGREDIENTS

-40 ml of sunflower oil

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Prepare the filling: boil the eggs and peel them. Peel the onions and cut them into cubes. Clean the mushrooms if necessary, wash them with cold water and cut them into straws or medium slices. During the preparation, the mushrooms will leave juice and will decrease in volume. Put a pan with oil on the fire and add the chopped onion, fry until golden brown, then add the mushrooms and fry the vegetables until all the liquid has evaporated. Take the pan off the heat and let the vegetables cool.

2. Place the chilled mushrooms with onions in a bowl. Cut the boiled eggs, grate the cheese and add these ingredients to the bowl. The filling is ready. Season with salt, pepper and spices to taste, mix.

3. Wash the meat and dry it, remove the fat, if necessary. Cut the meat into pieces about 1 cm thick. Wrap each piece in cling film and beat well until it enlarges about 2 times. Season the schnitzels with salt. Put about 2 tablespoons of filling at one end of the meat. You can use stuffing depending on the size of the meat.

4. Carefully roll the schnitzel into a roll. Secure it with toothpicks or thread. Repeat the procedure with the other pieces of meat.

5. Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat. Place the rolls with the seam down and fry them on each side. After frying, you can remove the toothpicks.

6. Move the meat rolls into a baking dish. Pour 1.5 glasses of water and cream on top, season with spices and place the rolls in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, opening the oven door periodically and sprinkling the meat with the cream sauce. Serve the rolls hot with any garnish.

The chicken rolls are tender and juicy on the inside, and their surface is covered with a crispy crust. You can bake them in the oven or cook them on the pan, covering them with a lid. We filled them with butter and eggs. If you want, you can experiment with the filling: cheese, mushrooms, etc.

INGREDIENT:

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1.Wash and dry the chicken breasts. Cut each chicken breast in half into 2 longitudinal slices.

2. Cover the meat slices with cling film and beat them a little with the meat hammer.

3.Prepare them with salt and your favorite spices.

4.Put a piece of frozen butter, a quarter of a boiled egg (boil the eggs for 5-7 minutes from the moment the water boils) and 2 dill leaves on one of the transverse edges of each piece of meat.

5.Then roll it into a roll. Proceed similarly with the remaining ingredients.

6. Put the rolls in the freezer for 30 minutes. This way they will keep their shape well during frying.

7. Then dip each roll in the beaten eggs and roll it in flour.

8. Fry the rolls in hot oil, over medium heat, on both sides, until golden brown. If the rolls are browned, but not fully cooked, you can bake them for 7-10 minutes in the microwave or cook them completely on the pan, covering it with a lid.

  • 8 slices of gluten-free bread, from Schar
  • 4 boneless chicken legs, grilled
  • 8 slices of pickled donuts
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • a little grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free flour, from Schar
  • 100 ml of palm oil

Portions: 4
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Place the slices of bread on a chopping board or worktop and lightly flatten them with the rolling pin.

We do not insist too much, so as not to break them.
Then place a boneless and grilled chicken leg (I had them prepared the day before) and a slice of pickled donut, then fold the slice of bread over the two ingredients and cover the ingredients on the outside with another slice of bread.

Mix eggs with a pinch of salt and a little grated ginger, as much as you take between your fingers, adding a tablespoon of flour, to make the composition more homogeneous.
Pass the rolls through the egg mixture and fry them in palm oil for a few seconds on each side.



We serve these chicken rolls in slices of bread both hot and cold, with fresh vegetables and a good tea.

They are very effective and prepare quickly.


CHICKEN ROLLS IN WHITE SAUCE

Don't these chicken breast rolls with dried tomatoes in cream sauce look like jewelry? Only their name seems long and complicated at first sight, cooking does not present great difficulties. Gatim!

INGREDIENTS (for 3 pers.):
chicken breast & # 8211 1 pc.
cheese -100-150 gr
dried tomatoes in oil & # 8211 18 slices
sour cream & # 8211 200 gr
flour & # 8211 1 tbsp
apa & # 8211 150 ml
oil & # 8211 3-4 tablespoons
salt, curry

Slice the chicken breast (I got 9 slices), beat it lightly, salt and pepper. On each slice of meat we arrange 2 slices of tomatoes and a piece of cheese cut into sticks. We roll and catch with a toothpick torn in two.

Heat a few tablespoons of oil and fry the rolls on all sides.

Meanwhile, beat the flour with sour cream and water, add curry for taste, smell and color.
When the rolls are browned, pour the sour cream sauce over them. Saram.

Reduce heat and cook under lid for 20 minutes, stirring regularly and turning rolls from side to side. We can serve it with fresh salad and polenta.
