Creme brulee

  • 8 eggs
  • 200 g sugar for caramel
  • 150 g sugar for cream
  • 1 l milk (fat)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon flour

RECIPE PREPARATION Burnt sugar cream:

In a saucepan, caramelize the 200 g of sugar until it melts and acquires a copper color. As soon as it melts, we turn the pot very quickly to cover the walls evenly. Then let it cool. In the meantime, it will harden and crack.
Prepare the cream separately in a deep bowl, mixing eggs and the remaining 150 g. Sugar. Add the vanilla and gradually the liter of milk at room temperature and mix. Sprinkle a tablespoon of flour in the rain and mix with a spatula.
After the composition is ready, pour it into the bowl lined with the caramelized sugar prepared earlier.
Place in the oven and leave for about 40 minutes until bound.
The cream is left to cool. When it is removed from the form, it is peeled off with the help of a knife on the edges and then we carefully turn it over on a plate.
